Diet Day #4

This time, breakfast different! I had this freshly blended green apple + celery drink, a slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter spreading and had my mid morning snack too! So, i feel really full and satisfied right now! (Y) I weight myself this morning and it only dropped by half a kg. (& yes, i know these are just water weight :/)

I was tired to go for a run in the morning so i'll either run at night or psycho zhilin and debra to go rollerblade later on! Hehehe.
